Favorite Herbalife Shake Recipes
Apple Cinnamon Shake
Ingredients: 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1 cup frozen apple slices
A few dashes each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

First Diet Ever
I have never been on a diet before. Here I am with two kids and a busy work/life schedule. I thought to myself that eventually, I would go get a tummy tuck (when I hit 40). Then, I heard about this on the radio. After only one month of being on the shake, I lost over 5 lbs. and my energy is definitely better. I'll admit that I probably could have done better.
